Albion Craft Night

We had the best time hosting Albion at City Creek's craft night! For our Studio 5 tutorial we featured a terracotta pot with wooden beads, but for Albion we wanted to elevate the pot selection. We went with this beautiful Anthropologie pot, and Cactus and Tropicals potted all the flowers for us!

We chose the Anthropologie “Sonny Pot” in the large size for everyone.

It was so fun to see everyone’s personality come out on what they wrote and their ribbon, and pom choice!

We are also obsessed with this “MOM” dishtowel from Anthropologie for Mothers Day!

We also had everyone emelish a wooden flag to put in their pot. Here is what we used to embellish the pot:

  1. Pom Poms! We got these Pom Pom makers off of Amazon. They add the perfect touch to the flag. We have found Joanne’s has great pricing and color selection for Yarn

  2. Ribbon: We got our ribbon at a Local Wholesaler called Floral Syndicate, however we have had great luck with Amazon ribbon too.

  3. We used Silver and Gold sharpies to write everything. After your first time writing make sure to go back and trace over the writing a couple of times to give it a more custom look.

  4. We got the darling flags through Pedal Pushers on Etsu. Then spray painted them white. We then used a fine sanding paper to give it a smooth finish. We hot glued on the sticks and secured them with a piece of yard.

These flags look cute wherever they are stuck!
