Tips & Tricks:

  1. We cut our wood flags with scrap wood and an angle saw. However, you can purchase a flag through @pennypedal on Instagram. She is a local Utah wood artist.

  2. Hot glue only the pots that will not be fully submerged in water when watering the flowers. The beads fall off when the pots get wet, even if they are glued on.

  3. For pots that will be fully submerged, we found this darling bead garland on Amazon.

  4. You attach the bead garland by tying it with twine to these hair clips, and then clipping them to the pot.

The pom poms are such a fun detail we added and we can’t get enough! You can make pom poms several ways but for us using an actual pom pom maker worked best. Check for the link below, and make sure to add different sizes on poms. It tends to catch the eye more. We watched this youtube video to get the hang of making them.
