Hello and welcome to The Loveliest Detail!! The Loveliest Detail has been a dream of ours for years and we are so happy to be where we are today. Let us take a walk down memory lane together and tell you a little bit about who we are and how this all began.
We have been best friends for over 23 years now, but fate put us together way back in the fifth grade. Our neighboring elementary schools paired us as pen pals, so after some time writing to each other practicing our cursive, our schools scheduled a brief meet and greet at a park so we could meet our pen pals. A few years later after that, we met again as awkward junior high students and our friendship has never ended. We both share so many similar interests and hobbies and our friendship has remained through all life’s ups and downs.
Katie moved back to Utah at the end of February 2020, after living back East for almost ten years. Days after Katie returned, the world began to crumble due to COVID-19. After weeks of depressing quarantine, we took a social distancing walk with our families. During the walk our blog officially came to life and just like that, we started the next week and have been going ever since!
We have been putting together content and working on this together for almost a year now, and we are so excited to share our biggest passion, Life’s Loveliest Details. We want to show you that creating a beautiful party, home, or style is not hard. It is about spending the extra few minutes creating memorable details for your loved ones and turning those moments into memories that everyone will remember and talk about.
