Baptism Party
We are so excited for Katie's oldest daughter, Emma, who chose to be baptised. Her garden party was pure magic and we had so much fun creating the perfect summers night magical event!
A rainbow was the theme and we got right to work on some really fun details! Of course we had to use balloons from our good friend, Natalie over at Blown Away Balloons! We think balloons and parties go hand in hand and this was no exception. Follow along for all the fun details including the most perfect rainbow cake you ever did see. Katie really nailed the vision on this one and brought it to life in such a fun and grand way!
We’ve told you all about our fun lemonade bar we did for this and guess what?! It’s so easy to re-create. We choose 4 fruits we really love and paired them with fun and easy drink mixes….
Pineapple Mango Lemonade
Whole pineapples, quartered. The whole thing. It’s a show stopper and a fun detail.
Mango frozen concentrate.
Lemonade powder mixture.
Grapefruit Star
Grapefruits.
Strawberry frozen concentrate.
Sprite.
Great to be 8 Grape
Lemons
Sprite
Grape frozen concentrate.
Summer Watermelon Squeeze
Watermelons slices.
Sprite
Lemonade powder mix.
Guava frozen concentrate.
The boxed lunches were a hit and the plus side to this is that you can have all your food pre-done and ready to go. We had it all served ahead of time and when the party was ready to begin all we had to do was place them into their own boxes. This was an especially fun idea for the kids who wanted to sit on blankets or the families who couldn’t stay long.
“It’s great to be 8!”
The gold chairs from Diamond Rental are some of our very favorites and pair nicely with any event you are doing! They don’t weight a lot and stack easily so transport is slick and convenient.
