January Kids White Party

Our kids sure love to party! I wonder where they get that from?! Our number one top suggestion when throwing a kid's party is to make sure you add a fun element to it that is unforgettable. We loved adding the painted snowflakes the kids got to help with and the cloud like centerpiece running down the middle of the table.

One thing to remember with kids’ parties is that they never eat lots of food! They would rather enjoy a small amount of fun and get to the presents or crafts than endure a long meal, so for this party we went with some fun, easy food ideas that are kid friendly and adorable for the place settings. Yogurt pretzels, popcorn, and marshmallows make for a fun snack.

I have never met a kid who does not like a cookie, so that was first on our list. The magical star wands topped the night off with the sweetest wishes from each of the kids.

A fun and easy way to keep the kids entertained is by making pretend snow! Making pretend snow is easy and only takes two ingredients…shaving cream and elmer’s glue!

Simply mix two parts shaving cream with one part elmer’s glue in a big disposable tupperware. We added a little bit of glitter to our snow to make it sparkle! Surprisingly, the pretend snow dried easily and makes a darling paper craft for display.

We hope we these details will leave you inspired to throw your own snow party for your kiddos and brighten up your January!
